This company claims they can stop/delay eviction for 5mos for ANYONE thru federal courts. I checked Yelp & reviews were bad & said he lies n it’s a scam so I got all the info from start to finish in text & email but did NOT send money or finish transaction-even got the bank info for BBB. Hope they can bust them b/c this is very sad. He even accidentally sent me a Tour Ca website instead of his own-haha! No contracts ’til after you pay but a little paper emailed to me that says what he will do for the $499 & money back guarantee-lol! If needed, I have the email fraud contract, pics of all texts & not just this one.

Found this online. He told me and my family that for 450 he could guarantee us four months . He told us everything would be included in the 450( all of the court fees) Today 3/27/19 he is asking for another 250 for a “filling fee “ or the sheriff will kick us out tomorrow. I then started to research his business and found 6 reviews on yelp all claiming he scammed him the same way. Someone needs to stop this fraud “Thomas Davis”
