7/2/20 – I ordered a face mask on May 15th, saying that it would be shipped within 3-4 days. My $ was deducted from my account the same day. After 5 days, I emailed them because I hadn’t received notification that it had shipped. No response. After 2 weeks, I emailed them again, thinking maybe everything is just taking a while to be delivered. No response. So 6 weeks later, I found this website and see that it was just a scam. Luckily, my order was only $10.49. I can’t believe people are doing this when someone is in great need of this product. You should be ashamed of yourself!

Today, June 26, 2020, when I went investigating, low and behold I am finding that the website was a scam. I have contacted my bank and they have filed a dispute for me for the amount of my purchase. At least it was just under $20 but I can not believe I was duped! First time in 37+ years of buying items on the internet that I was scammed. I guess I need to count myself lucky.

my bank statement and sure enough they charged me $26.47 and never shipped me my order. This is a scam and
don’t order from them (well, I guess you can’t now anyway because their website is gone!). I typed up their name
on google and found this website and learned that I am not the only one that was taken. I hope they catch this criminal.

This is such a sad world we live in that people are out to scam not only us but it also effects other business that are truly out there trying to make a living. Today, May 29, 2020 I received my credit card statement; sure enough everlasting pup billed my credit card but, I received no masks. I could not contact the website. I disputed the billing with my credit card company, however, I’m not sure if it do me any good. They even said they would send me a free mask.

This "business" popped up on my Facebook page, advertising face masks during the COVID-19 pandemic. I placed an order for three dog-themed facemasks and paid via PayPal. I received a confirmation email from the company for my order and a confirmation email from PayPal that my payment had been processed. After no further information or notification of shipping, I tried to contact the company. Their website no longer exists, and emails to the "support" email address bounce back. I was thoroughly scammed, and I’m really vigilant about stuff like this! It looked completely legit.

I ordered 2 face masks on May 16 from a company that was being advertised on Instagram. I chose this company because they stated the shipping would only be 5-7 business days. I recieved an email verifying receipt of order with link to "view your order" and/or "visit store". I was able to check my order status/visit website a few days after submitting order bit when I tried to check again on 5/22, the website was gone. There is a Facebook page for Everlasting Pup bit it contains the same contact information ([email protected]) and link to their website which is no longer available. Upon further research, I discovered another Facebook page for "Everlasting Puppies" online store which is very similar, offers the same services and products but the website is no longer available. The customer reviews on this Facebook page all discuss the same issue I am having, ordering items and not receiving the product. I also noticed The Facebook page for "Everlasting PUPPIES" states that it is based in Colorado. The company that I ordered from, "Everlasting PUP" is apparently based out of Washington, per the location listed on my credit card charge. I am 100% convinced that I have been scammed, as well as many other people. I have contacted them via email and Facebook Messenger, with no response.

I got the message “This person isn’t available right now”. I have now reported them to the Federal Trade Commission. I have also reported them to FB but the page is still up and advertising. SCAM

Why BOA lets Everlasting Pup use their payment is a mystery to me! Why wouldn’t they shut this site down?

I ordered in good faith from this company a face mask needed to return to work. I have emailed, messaged and no response. It has been a month now, guess I’ve been scammed! But they sure didn’t forget to charge my credit card before they took their business off the internet and the website is no longer available. By the way the site said shipped in 2 to 3 days and all emails and messages are answered within 24 hours, since employees are working from home, they must be on an extra long lunch or break, since I’ve been trying to reach them over 2 weeks. Beware!
