I bought some Disney clothing from this website. $96 worth. One of the shirts came ripped and everything else was too small. I wanted to exchange the items. I have emailed them and they said I would have to take pictures of the clothing and return in the original packaging which was only a plastic bag so I threw that away. Nothing had tags on it. I said OK send me your address and I will send the items back for exchange. They emailed back and said the items would take a really long time to get to them and the shipping cost would be too much which I had to pay for. They said we can offer you a $5 US gift card. I emailed back and said that hardly makes up for it. I asked for their mailing address. They keep giving me the run around and will not give me the mailing address to exchange the items. I have not heard back for 5 days now and I keep emailing them.
