Type of a scam Online Purchase
After waiting for over a week for this company to update the status of the item I purchased, they just informed me it would take over a month to receive! My item shouldn’t take more than 5 days to make & ship! After doing some additional research I believe this company scams customers and I didn’t know they were based in China. I have filed a dispute with PayPal to try to get my money back, but they have no live agents to assist customers at the moment. The company now wants me to send them extra money to cancel my order for a restocking fee- so bizarre!!
