I received a letter in the mail from Marta Garcia, President of the Euro Million Lottery Commission stating that I had been selected through ticket # 80845011 as the lucky winner of $2,800,000. The drawing was held on January 31, 2018 & due to a mix up in names they did not notify winners until mid May. I was to respond to the offer no later than 5/31/18. I checked it out and found that it was a scam & did not call the number.
