My mom computer froze up and a phone number came up to call to get it fixed. She called and they got into her computer she could see what they were doing (didn’t understand any of it). She wrote a check to them for $100 she held it up to the computer and they took a picture of the check. They were supposed to call back in four days to get the rest of the payment. They never did. That is what made us think it was a scam. Please do not call any numbers that pop up on your computer if it freezes up!!!!
