I ordered product on a 14 day trail May 4th, today is the 19th and I have not received anything although my bank account has been debited $98 and change something I never got. Also this product 14 days starts on day of order and it takes any order a week to ship so the date does not allow 14 day trial. Also they want to give a partial refund for a product I never got. This is some kind of scam or fraud of the consumer. Their customer service is rude and callous to the customer also. I would suggest they be investigated by ScamPulse.com please. Thank you
