Company uses uses a browser hijack which states your computer has been infect by a virus ( this is a lie) or has been compromised by someone stealing private banking information ( this is a lie) they then direct you to call their number to fix the problem. They stated that they have been hired by Microsoft to provide tech support ( this is a lie) . The technician then requests remote access to fix the problem that infact they have created. They pose as do gooders’ but actually require you to pay a ransom to fix the problem and then they even go as far as to infect your computer with a trojan horse virus that gives them invisible remote access to your computer. TOTAL CON GAME.
THIS COMPANY ALSO IS NOT LOCATED AT EITHER ADDRESS AND USES A CALL CENTER IN INDIA TO DO THE REMOTE ACCESS AND INFECTION.
