I placed an order (EFK78145) on February 4, 2019 for three (3) Lazy Stand Up Charging Cables for a total cost of $36.87. I received a shipment confirmation email on February 15, 2019 with tracking number LW104609608CN. I sent an email to inquire about the order on March 7, 2019 and received the following response (excerpt), “We sincerely apologize for the delay. I have pulled-up your record and I do see your order is currently in process. However, since the item you ordered is one of our best sellers, shipping period may take longer than our usual 10-20 days. Please give it a few days and then track it as it may take time for the tracking site to update. Our team is treating this as our priority and we assure you to have it delivered as soon as we can.” Therefore, I patiently waited an additional two (2) weeks, then sent another message on March 24, 2019 to inform Esfranki (https://esfranki.co/) that I will not wait patiently any longer. It has been a total of 54-days since I made the purchase and still have not received the order or refund, which I can only assume at this point, Esfranki does not plan to send my order or refund, and there are several reviews from other consumers with the same grievance.
