I received a letter today from ESC Express Notification of a guaranteed cash prize winner of $8,631,947.11 Account ID# ***. there is no way to tell if this is a real letter of a cash prize winning or a scam. They are asking for a $20.00 processing fee to release the funds by August 4th 2016. Can you verify if this is a real letter or a scam?
