Type of a scam Debt Collections
I woman identified herself as Erin Santana supposedly from a law Firm Named Lane, Frank and associates in Arlington Virginia from an Arlington Virginia phone number. She told me that I was going to be charged with two felonies unless I paid the amount of $698.12. She told me a company name first coast service solutions Inc. wanted me to send them money by money order. I went online and could not find this law firm anywhere or this person anywhere online. I also went to the collection agency she spoke of and could not find them anywhere in the Jacksonville area as she specified they were online to verify that these places really exist. So I had called the collection agency she spoke of and ask them to verify where they were so I would know that they were legitimate. She then calls me back and told me and tells me that I’m harassing them. When I only called them once and ask them information to verify. Then she calls me repeatedly over and over about six or seven times and start screaming at me harassing me for the money. I took a screenshot on my cell phone showing her calling me repeatedly over and over again minute after minute harassing me. I need help in finding out if these places truly exist and who these people are before I pay anything .
