My son ordered a Hoverboard from this company on July 27, 2016, they took $249.00 out of our account on July 28, 2016. I have been trying to get in touch with this company to get a tracking# and no one EVER answers the phone. I have sent numerous emails to them with no response. To this day we have not received our product and now when you visit the website it sais "sorry, website down". So I have reason to believe that this company does not even exist and they stole $249.00 from our account. My next plan of action is to go to my bank and report this as a fraudulent transaction. I’m sorry I do not have an image of the product.
