I saw an ad on instagram for an hp picture printer called an hp sprocket for $22 I ordered one plus paper and a carrier. Shortly upon ordering I had a charge run and reversed on my card for $10 for another company and I thought that was odd but now think it is connected. I canceled my card. Since that date a small box arrived containing a bracelet. The numbers on the box matched the order number for the picture printer and other items. There were no jewelry on the site. I have emailed the company and they take days to respond. Each email I send them says I want my order or my money back and how do I return this item. Their emails offer me to order something else or keep what I received and get a 32% refund. I have had companies send me a complete order replacement just because one item was damaged. I have also since seen others post on the ad that it is a scam and that they received socks. Today I cannot even find it but the link in the email confirmation sends me to the site so it must still be up and just not showing on instagram.
