Our church wanted to rent two vans. I feel they were targeting my church. I went online and Googled Enterprise Headquarters. I wanted to do business with Enterprise Rent A Car.. The phone number 855-494-0444. I called them twice. They assured me that this is Enterprise Headquarters. I asked why is it so noisy in the background. They said they are doing some work here. They had a promotional offer in connection with E Bay. Noah answered the call. He transferred me to Caleb. I had some church members call there. When the church members asked for Noah or Caleb they hung up. They requested $243 upfront for the two vans though E Bay. The $200 was for the deposit and that was refundable. It would be refunded by giving my debit card or bank account number. I did not give that information out. I said I can’t do that. They would refund through the mail. I said send a check. I purchase one E Bay card fro $200 and one for $43. I called and read the numbers. They told me the $200 did not go through. So I purchased another. I sent them $443 total by E Bay cards. This happened on January 15th. When I called the number they say something Services. They wait until you say what company you are looking for so they can pretend to be that company. I don’t them to scam anyone else. I had asked for their address. They said it is against policy to give out their address.
