Filled out the information about two puppies we were interested in, the seller sent an email about their purchase procedure. I explained that our dog had recently died suddenly and my husband was heartbroken. Our family wanted to surprise him with a new puppy. We all decided on which puppy we wanted and transferred $850 to the seller. Received a text to verify they received the money, the seller emailed me the contract, which I signed and returned and they informed us the delivery service would be contacting us about flight information on the puppy.
My daughter had recently been scammed by a travel agency and was apprehensive. We would ask specific questions and would only receive partial answers back. I had checked them out for scams and couldn’t find anything. Then I saw some information which took me to another website and they were highlighted on the front page.
They were answering my emails and text messages but now, I get no response at all. I’ve even called from another phone number and they won’t answer the phone.
