A man named Jason Miller calls me in the middle of the work day asking to confirm my name and address. He begins to talk about an "Energy Act" or something similar that was just passed. Says he wants to find out if I’m eligible. He begins to get jumpy as soon as I ask for information. He says his name is Jason Miller and hesitates when I ask for a business, saying he works for "Energy Savers". Once I tell him I don’t understand why he would call in the middle of the work day and just start a sermon, he seems to get angry and hangs up the phone.
