ordered an eye cream and face serum trial offer for 5.95 each. they charged me 39.97 for an additional eye product i did not order. called several times and they refused to refund the product. i had packing slip which did not have the cream on it. I was called a liar !!! finally talked to regional rep and she said the charge was for a lip plumper cream (which was the size of a quarter) i thought it was a free sample!!!!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!! all the reps were so rude!!!! they even stated they they don’t issue refunds. how is this legal????
