Type of a scam Debt Collections
A collections agent by the name Alfonso Lujan threatened my aunt Marcela Ruiz saying that the company BIO was suing her for the amount of $650 and that she needed to make a payment to them. This person had information of a previous product that she had purchased in 2014 (this item was paid otherwise it would have never been deliver to my aunt). They told my aunt that if she didn’t make a payment for that amount and receive their products, that they were going to have someone from the police department come and take her away from her kind and take her to jail.
