Type of a scam Debt Collections
Third party collections for a debt I am suppose to owe. I had already spoken with the company and submitted documentation from my employer as well as from a government agency to support my case and have recently been in contact with them keeping them abreast of whats going on. THese people called my sister business line and left a threatening message on her voicemail stating i had been served and then called every half an hour on 4/10/18. Then on 4/11/17 starting at 9:04 all the way up until 11:54 am called every half an hour and even found my new telephone number that i just got yesterday and called that 3 times as well. I downloaded the call log to verify the information. When i asked for their address, fax and correct number they wouldnt give it to me just said i would be served at my home and job and im like i dont work so i guess you will serve me at home. but i also made the company aware of my situation 4 months ago and gave them legal documentation as well so i guess we will see each other in court. i am trying to save my home, feed my family and keep my household together and they worried about $250 in which they taxed on and additional $330. Really??!!
