These folks claim to be dog breeders in Richmond, VA, but they are actually scammers in Cameroon. It was obvious to me, but others could fall victim to this crazy scam because they want an adorable puppy so badly. The prices are super low, the pictures are precious, and they will take your money and then disappear. Disgusting.
