A woman called (from an area code local to me) saying she was from an emergency medical device company, and that I could press one at any time to be placed on their do not call list. She then asked if I could hear her okay. As I have a family member with a medical device, I said "yes" and then quickly realized what was going on. I tried calling the number back and received a voicemail indicating all service reps were unavailable and to reach out to [email protected]
