Type of a scam Online Purchase
Hello,
I do hope you can assist me with this issue. I made a purchase through a store that uses Shopify as a host. The site is called embracetheanimals.com. However, I made the purchase in September and was assured it was sent and would arrive by November 30th. That didn’t happen. Then I was told it was shipped late October, and would arrive in late December.
They refuse to provide information on tracking other than that they spoke with the shipper. They also seem very reluctant to provide a refund.
I’m confident this will never arrive, and if their Facebook page has anything to say about it, I’m not the only one.
As well, they claim their profits go to an animal charity, however they do not list one on their website.
Hopefully somebody on your end can look into this.
