My son ordered a Halloween mask on this website (Embassy) and he got an email confirming his order and it said we will notify you went the item is shipped. A month went by and we heard nothing. So I emailed them asking about where the item that we ordered a month ago was. I did get a response saying “it seems your order wasn’t shipped due to a processing error” it apologized and said it should be shipped out within 4 days. After 5 days I emailed asking for shipping information like a tracking number. I didn’t hear back. I have since sent 2 additional emails telling them I was demanding a refund for their fraudulent website, never heard from them so I am reporting them to BBB.
