Type of a scam Employment
Initially, they contacted me via phone saying they reviewed my resume and wanted to contact me about a job. Shannon Newman set up a phone interview and said that they would consider me for the position. I received an email a week later from Leo Hedlund. I was asked to sign a job contract and that I would be on a 10 day probation period. I would then be compensated $2000 at the end of probation. During probation I has to read and respond to 10 different essays. I thought that was suspect because it had nothing to do with actual work. I decided during the third assignment to google the company headquarters in Italy, the google picture looked like an abandoned building. So i called but no one ever answered the phone. Then I started asking more questions about the CEO and I was told that they were setting up an office in manhattan and I would need to help buy electronics. That was the last straw. I deleted and blocked the email.
