Received a phone call with a Florida area code. Answered by an individual with a masculine voice asking about a vehicle I have for sale online. Individual texts me back saying now is not a good time to talk, but individual can text. Priceeds to ask me to do a vin report on a URL texted to me and send back via e-mail.
