Person called brother to inform him that they needed to get in touch with me. He told me the number 1-512-640-3572 and I called. They said I owed a payday one loan of a $1084.46 and was going to have a judge issue a warrant out for my arrest. They claimed that they had sent me a letter 10 days ago to a previous address with no luck.
I was so upset and stressed that I borrowed $500.00 dollars for a relative to pay them that same day. They have my phone number but keep calling my brother. I told them I don’t have any evidence of where I owed them and they haven’t sent me anything to the contrary.
John Anthony who claims to be an attorney was handling this situation. I totally disputed owing this debt and refused to send them anymore money.
