Signed up for the Amazon Internet Mastery program with Adam Ginsberg to start an online business working with Amazon. During the presentation, Adam has a training session with his financial team and you sign up to see if you can get a line of credit. You sign up for the credit service under Elevate Credit and then your subscription is with Soft Pull Credit. Once you sign up you can not cancel your subscription online, you have to call them to get it canceled. I requested my subscription be canceled and money refunded and I keep getting the run-around, 3-5 days to refund the money – 5-7 days to refund the money. They keep you on hold for up to 30 minutes so that you can hang up.
