I asked to be contacted before the appraiser came out and I got it in writing that he would make an appointment before he came. I was told it would be held. I also requested that I be approved first before the appraisal came out and he just came out without contacting me or my seller per request. He also appraised the wrong property appraised. I asked to speak with manager to call me to discuss a refund and no one has called me and I’m not getting anyone to answer the phone.
