Type of a scam Utility
Calls come into my cell phone as "unknown" so they cant be blocked. Caller leaves a voicemail message to call back with electric bill information, however never provides their company name. I have tried several times to have them stop calling me but the calls continue. What can I do? (Other than continue to call them back and yell at them.) Please let me know what if anything I can do with these knuckleheads.
