The business was found on Angie’s List and a guy named Rob came out to the house and took measurements, photos, and said they have a great financing deal through a bank in Canada. He said he would get in touch when he had everything drawn out. He also said they had $20 million in insurance if anything were to happen on the job. He did state they were a construction management business. I looked at the business website; which no longer exists, and it said they were a BBB A+ accredited business and there was a link for a license number that never was available. I also looked at the Az ROC and there was no business under EIDI Design. We contacted Angie’s list, left a message with our concerns about the business, and Rob called us back shortly after and stated they didn’t have a license number, weren’t accredited by the BBB, and now the website is gone.
