I just purchased a brand new desktop Dell computer set thru ebay. Never ordered a computer online before so was nervous in the first place. When I turned it on I was in the process of trying to download security for it. I received a call stating they were with Microsoft and that I needed to get 36 very bad viruses off my computer before I ruined it. It happened at a perfect time for him as I was called home I needed this computer for work related purposes. I was dump enough to pay $499.99 for it for lifetime for all my computers. However I have not yet downloaded onto my others, thankfully. Everytime I go into something it’s not working and when I call the number they always Sam Smith will call me right back. The phone number that came in is unknown; no caller ID. The $499.99 turned into a $508.99 plus at $16.00 money exchange fee for China. Alot of the calls cam in as no caller ID or unknown. He would never respond by email. he would call and I had to use a code I chose and then he would communicate thru notepad. I tried to get as many pictures from my phone as possible when he was online fixing things and bringing things up. I had decided to add Norton Security anyway after I was allowed to download once he fixed things. He called me and didn’t like it at all. he was very rude every time I had to talk with him.
