I order an 15″ clear tech tv for my cousin but he already had one so I canceled the order and asked for my refund. In the last active chat I cancelled and they said it was cancelled but I never got my refund. I cancelled the very next day and now has been almost a month of trying to talk to someone ever since then through the same chat…no response. I call no ring voice mail full. I call again a week later and it rings then VM and I leave messages…no response. I then contact the BBB and filed a complaint…no response😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠ðŸ˜
