Initially signed up for this efaxing service and attempted to cancel immediately afterwards. They don’t mention that Canadians aren’t included in the free trial period, which is not identified on the site that appears for North American IP addresses. They said they would refund me, they lied. I never received a refund, so I contacted TD Bank for the refund, and got a new debit card number so they wouldn’t be able to bill me any longer. Their ‘credit collections’ team have since been calling and hounding me incessantly, and despite asking their support team to cancel the account AND emailing them saying to cancel the account, they keep at it. This operation is a complete scam, and must be shut down.
