This was a mobile application noting that you could send a fax from your phone, with a 30-day free trial. I tried the service, but the receipient never got the fax. I immediately (same day) used their customer service email contact and cancelled the service, receiving a reply that the email would be forwarded to the proper channel for completion. Two days ago, the company withdrew funds from my credit card then the next day sent me an invoice showing paid in full. When contacted, they used an excuse of not getting the cancellation ‘through their proper channel’ and not cancelling the account accordingly. They say they have FINALLY cancelled, but are refusing to issue the refund. I have filed a complaint through my cardholder, but would no longer trust this company to be truthful when using their own customer service links for cancellation are not being upheld by their own company. Don’t even go there! Even with the documentation of the email, dated and timed, they are refusing the refund!
