Type of a scam Rental
Prospective tenant asked to schedule apartment viewing and scammer wrote back:
"In order to book the apartment, you will have to make deposit $2,095 to Airbnb. Airbnb will hold your payment until you have see the apartment and sign the lease contract. After seeing the apartment, you will have to make the decision, if you wish to take it or not. I will receive the money only after you have seen the unit and decided to take. If you want to move in, you have to sign the contract and you will have to authorize Airbnb to release the funds to me. If you will not be satisfied with the apartment you can cancel the booking within 1-3 days before move in.
P.S. I will need your email address, your full names and I will send you the link from Airbnb and you will booking directly trough their website"
