At least 20 times I haven been contacted from different numbers saying they are calling from the education department since I was interested in reducing my student loans. They ask questions saying if I owe more than $10k I qualify, I said I didn’t and they hanged up. I called the number back numerous times and it’s like a recording saying if I want to speak with a representative press 1, I do press 1 then they say they are all busy. Everyday is the same recording and they are always busy. I just got another call and I told the guy off and he just hanged up. I do not believe people in the state education department would have such rude people working for them. This just feels like a scam.
