I purchased an $267 acrylic makeup case online (dimensions 20" x 20") at eDiva.com (online company based out of Victoria, Canada) on November 13, 2016, and three days later receive a poster in the mail from this company! Which is weird because the company only sells the one makeup case in two sizes on its website! I thought it was a free promotional poster, then when I called to check on the status of my makeup case they said I already received it via FedEx and they gave me the tracking number. The tracking number matched the tracking number on the poster package! Obviously, they sent me the wrong package or this was a promotional poster or something. I explained the situation to them via email and mailed them pictures of the poster and package with matching FedEx tracking numbers! Once they realized the error was made on their end, they said they needed to put in a claim with FedEx and that they could not refund my money nor send me the make up case I ordered! In the meanwhile, I’m out $267 and no make up case neither! I immediately reported them to my credit card company and would like to warn others about this fraudulent company!
