please do not use this business,thy are fake,the same chat representative mike is the same handling emails and i am sure was the same that edited my paper ,i opened the document on my phone but couldn’t see the correction until i opened on my laptop ,i wasn’t satisfied and i asked for a refund ,this was when hell broke loose ,they cursed me out ,they called me a scammer,this was when i knew i was scammed,they sent me all personal information of me,my ip address and all,they scared me because i have just giving an unauthorized company my information ,they are very unprofessional,they threatened to report me to the collections agency if i report this matter,this is how they want to rip me off without providing good service,this company is my worst nightmare ,ii wish i never chose them.
