This scammer, posing as Mr. Howard Nadler of the United Nations is running a recovery scam, offering a compensation fund to victims of previous scams. He has a shell company setup in Georgia in November 2017 called EDEN GLOBAL GENERAL SERVICE LLC that he uses to launder money for the scam.
