Type of a scam Tech Support
My computer locked up and a flashing screen instructed me to call Microsoft. I called the number and they told me to let them run a scan of why and what was happening. They did this and told me i had my IP address infected by Trojan Horse. Said I needed a level 9 Microsoft Certified person to assist in the situation and they put me through to the Level 9 person in Orlando, Florida. Charged me $600,00 and I gave them my credit card number.
I am sick to think I have been tricked into this.
