Received charges for the last 3 months for 34.99 a month until i noticed they were pulling out funds without authorization called the company they claim the supervisor is in a meeting iv called several times with the same response the customer service woman is named *** thy don’t seem to have another person or any supervisors I spoke about the fraud charges they said i signed up for and we’re very rude refusing to refund my money or help me at all this is a totally scam that was not approved this is for college books and I am not in school I did not even receive any ebooks through email to even show for the charges placed
