I purchased a flower teddy bear for my mother in-law for Mother’s Day on April 3, 2020 from Ebkernel.com who says they are Xehia trading Ltd Company. I have not received it. I have emailed them and I keep getting the same email every time. The tracker I am supposed to follow either doesn’t move or if it does for example went from California to Indiana back to California. The package is supposed to go to Florida. I am getting really mad because that was a gift for someone and I believe they are a ##- Please type your reply above this line -##

Customer Service Center. This is ridiculous I ordered my rose bear over 3 months ago and your tracking thing is a piece of crap it goes from California to Indiana back to California. I think you guys are a fraud and are lying about shipping my package. I want this order now or I’m reporting you guys for fraud and theft.
