Ebikesmall is promoting electric scooters for sale on Facebook. They are selling the bikes at extremely low prices – 70%-90% off. Orders are placed on their website via a credit card. They are charging more than what the cost of the item is advertised for. Sends fake email notifications of the item being shipped and delivered. After a few email exchanges, they will stop responding to you. There is no phone or address listed for the company. You can only send an email on their website.
