I went on internet line to get help for renewal of passports. It ask personal questions which I filled in and then a page that stated the cost was $99.00 . Then I had to fill in information about my credit card but at the end it would not accept then card and ask for an alternative. I gave them my debit card from my bank and I submitted and of course my debit card was accept. The amount was $99.00 plus $7.18 for tax then the pngage told me to return back to the homepage. I did this but at the homepage no further information was available was to me. I replied to website but received no further information. I went to my bank to see if I can stop payment but could not.

I mistakenly thought this was an approved agency by the USA passport agency. Unfortunately, i gave them my social security number and I almost immediately received a phone call message that I needed to reply because my social security number had been compromise. Which i have learned is part if the scam. I reported it the the social security office and its inspector general. Do not use this service. You have to directly deal with the USA passport government agency not a second or third party. I lost what they charged and there was no way to get it back. No refund policy.
