These people remotely repair your computer I was told by one of their representatives they were in Dallas TX also London something any way their like I-Yogi who are in a lawsuit for not giving you technical repair you paid for and also trying to get you to buy repair programs from them . This company is doing the same thing they deny calling me and telling me my computer was infected the week of Oct 17-21 I’m not exactly sure of the exact dates but I had my computer looked @ by Apple who I have a warranty with and they told me that I wasn’t infected and I contacted the company and told them I wanted my money back $300.00 which I paid in June 2016.
