i received a call from this company Easy Solutions saying that they are Microsoft technician and my computer is infected by virus and hacking they demanded money by threatening me and saying that if i do not take the security now i will loose everything money identity and personal information i hung up the phone i could not stop them so they locked my computer and did not let me get in the computer. i had to spend money to get my computer fixed,This company is fraud creates problem first and then demands money to fix it
