Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased some merchandise from this company over 2 months ago. I never got any tracking info, my merchandise, or my money back. I made numerous attempts to contact the vendor via phone, email, and at their online website. Finally after going on to their social media page, I noticed several other consumers who fell victim to this fraudulent site. Upon checking my bank statements, I have noticed several fraudulent charges on my account since I provided this company my account info. I am currently disputing all of these transactions with my credit card provider. I have had losses of nearly $1000
