Boxer Puppy scam. Charged discounted rate. Sent formal contract and lengthy emails around caring for puppy. Then tried to get payment for “refundable air travel crate” $990 would be refunded upon delivery of puppy. Only accepts Zelle or Western Union. No paperwork or registration until you send crate fee. Researched the phone number used and it came back to a Charles Keene, 3/24/1990, 212 Dartmouth Street #6, Pawtucket, RI. Phone’s used in scams usually don’t have a name attached but this one did. Looking further there could be a Azinwi Akenji involved which is the name the money was sent to through Zelle. Searching that name online comes up with multiple scams. He has a last known address in Georgia.
