I responded to an ad for a 2 horse trailer for rent, listed by Ashley Kaiser. I paid a deposit for August 1st and 8th. We had a misunderstanding about the deposit being non-refundable (I bought a trailer and didn’t need it) but she sent me old screenshots of an older inquiry I made where that bit was clearly stated. No problem, an honest mistake.
I agreed to pick the trailer up as planned. I asked her to forward me the rental agreement and an invoice and she responded that she wouldn’t be able to send an invoice. I raised concerns about that. She blocked me from contacting her through Facebook (where we had made these arrangements) and I have been unable to contact her since Sunday.
Today is Wednesday, August 1st, the day I paid a deposit to rent Ashley’s trailer and should have the trailer now. Ashley is still unreachable at this time.
