My parents hired East End Landscaping to do tree trimming around their house. He said if they paid in advance he would complete the work the next day. He did not show up the next day. They called, he said he would come the next week. He never came and is now not answering their phone calls. I checked online reviews and found that this is a common pattern, he asks for money up front and doesn’t do the work.
